⦁ All cakes under $100 require payment in full upon ordering. Cakes with a price higher than $100 require a deposit of 50% of the purchase price, with the remaining balance due on pickup.
⦁ Cancellations must occur at least 7 days prior to pickup/delivery. Cancellations occurring in this timeframe will be refunded the price paid less a 20% consultation and processing fee.
⦁ Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup/delivery will not be refunded.
⦁ Orders for specialty cakes should be placed 2 weeks in advance, with a minimum timeframe of 5 days in advance. Base-price cakes may be placed 1 day in advance. Orders that are not placed within these minimum timeframes will be subject to a $20 rush fee if we are able to fulfill the request.
⦁ Any modifications needed for orders after they are placed are subject to a $10 fee per change.
⦁ Piece O' Cake, LLC bears no liability or responsibility for damages incurred to cakes after they leave our facility.
⦁ Under no circumstances are any partial or whole refunds, discounts, credits or replacements issued for completed work.
⦁ Wedding orders require a $100 non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks before the date of delivery/pickup. Cancellations occurring prior to 7 days before event date will be refunded minus deposit paid and a consultation and processing fee of 20% of any amount paid above deposit. Cancellations occurring within 7 days of event date will receive no refund.
